The four-way merger involving Eagle Hill Exploration (CVE:EAG)(OTCQX:EHECF), Oban Mining (TSE:OBM), Ryan Gold (CVE:RYG) and Corona Gold (CSE:CRG) has now completed.
Shares of Eagle Hill and Ryan Gold are set to be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange while Corona Gold will cancel its listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange before the end of the week.
The new entity resulting from the mega-merger will be known as New Oban and will be headquartered in Montreal with a Toronto corporate office.
Montreal-based Osisko, which owns just under one-fifth of New Oban, will provide exploration, engineering and administrative services.
